TEDxOilSpill will be held on June 28, 2010
at the Woolly Mammoth Theatre

Arrival on June 28

Doors to the building will open at 7:00am and we encourage everyone to arrive well before the 9:00am start time. You must check in with registration upon arrival and retrieve your name badge. We will have a coat check for you, and members of our concierge team will be available to guide you. Casual attire is absolutely appropriate and encouraged – it’s going to be a long day. Lunch will be served, and we will have multiple coffee and bathroom breaks.

Cell phones must be turned off when inside the auditorium. No cameras or laptops will be allowed as to not disturb other attendees. If you are late to TEDxOilSpill, you will not be permitted inside the auditorium until there is a break between speakers.

Transportation

We encourage you to take Metro.

Woolly Mammoth is located in the bustling Penn Quarter neighborhood on D street between Oyamel and Rasika restaurants, around the corner from TicketPlace and down the street from Shakespeare Theatre Company’s Lansburgh theatre. We are two blocks north of the National Archives and National Gallery of Art and 2 blocks south of the Verizon Center and the Smithsonian American Art Museum/Portrait Gallery.

Gallery Place (Red, Yellow & Green lines) — 2 blocks away, use Verizon Center exit to 7th & F.
